Allison Rhodes

Allison Rhodes took her first dance class at the age of three, and has loved it ever since. Throughout her youth, she was accepted into many professional ballet programs across Canada, and had opportunities to train at Canada’s National Ballet School, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, Arts Umbrella, and École Supérieure de Ballet du Québec. While her primary training was in ballet, she now works as a contemporary dancer in Victoria, dancing with Broken Rhythms.

In addition to Allison’s work as a dancer, she received a Bachelor of Education  degree from the University of Victoria, and works in the Greater Victoria School District. For the past few years, she has acted as a substitute teacher at the Ballet Victoria Conservatory, and she is excited to officially join the team. Allison enjoys having this opportunity to share her experience and passion for dance with the next generation.
