Allison Rhodes took her first dance class at the age of three and has loved it ever since. Throughout her youth, she was accepted into many professional ballet programs across Canada, and had opportunities to train at Canada’s National Ballet School, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, Arts Umbrella, and École Supérieure de Ballet du Québec. While her primary training was in ballet, she now works as a contemporary dancer in Victoria. She also received a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Victoria, and in addition to her work in the field of dance, she is employed by the Greater Victoria School District. It is her pleasure to share her passion for dance with the newer generations.
