Born in Japan, Utako received extensive training in classical ballet through the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus, earning distinction in her Advanced examinations. She later joined the Goh Ballet Youth Company in Vancouver, BC, where she furthered her professional development and gained valuable experience assisting and teaching ballet classes. She has also performed on stage in both Japan and Canada.
Alongside her dance career, Utako holds a teaching license and has worked in child development support facilities, gaining meaningful experience with children of all ages and abilities.Passionate about classical ballet and education, Utako is committed to creating a positive and inspiring environment, sharing her love of dance and expertise as a certified teacher.
